Background

Comfort Keepers provides homecare services through Ireland, it has offices in Dublin, Wickow, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Kildare, Louth and Tipperary, each office had its own phone system and was paying for line rental in each office

Challenges:

To link all of the offices together and allow calls to be answered by any branch and provide Call Statistic Reports on inbound and outbound calls.

Solution:

Cashin Telecom, installed 3CX in the Cloud, and initially migrated the Dublin Offices to the system and then over a short period, connected the remaining offices to 3CX. Line rental was cancelled in (apart from broadband) in all offices, savings thousands of Euro annually. 3CX reporting provides statistical reports of inbound and outbound traffic.

During the Corona Virus Pandemic, we were easily able to convert existing desk extensions to work in users “Home Offices”
