Galligan College and Beauty, had a Panasonic analogue phone system, connected to Analogue Lines, and had limited functions.
To provide a System that would be reliable and allow integration with their new CRM, Replace the Door Intercom with a Dual Button Intercom linked to the phone system (Button for Beauty Salon, Button for Galligan College) Provide Separate Voicemail for College and Salon.
Cashin Telecom, installed 3CX in the Cloud, providing high reliability, and integration with their CRM, in addition Voicemail with email was setup, allowing voice message to be flashing on key phone sets as well as being emailed to specific users. In addition, the 3CX Webclient was installed on PCs as well as the 3CX Mobile App.
